    紫菜酥脆可口,虾饼鲜香Q弹。鲜虾配上紫菜真的是超对味。

    Step 1

    将虾胶加入调味料、马蹄及芫荽碎拌匀,即成虾蓉。Chopped the prawn and mixes with seasoning, water chestnut and chopped coriander.

    Step 2

    把一张薄饼皮摊开,涂抹蛋白,叠上一张紫菜。Spread egg white on the Popiah skin, top with seaweed sheet.

    Step 3

    将虾蓉平均涂于紫菜上,洒上芝麻,然后切小块放入油镬中,以中火炸至浮出油面。Spread prawn paste on the seaweed sheet, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, cut into small pieces and deep fry in hot oil with medium heat until afloat and crispy.

    Step 4

    捞出沥油,蘸酱享用。Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
